Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To provide you with a report or advice you have requested.
- To facilitate the inspection of a property you have requested.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- We may look up publicly available information from Local Authority and Government Websites, including ‘eplanning’, ‘Building Control’ and Energy Performance Data (such as EPC’s), to facilitate our work and provide you with the best property report product.
We use the information that you have given us in order to :
- Contact you to provide you with your requested property report.
- Give you important relevant updates affecting your requested property report.
We will not share this information with anyone else unless specifically instructed by you.

Your information is securely stored on an external computer hard drive, which is not networked, nor accessible to anyone other than Masami Ltd.
We keep your personal information for 5 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting all relevant computer records. No hard copy data is retained.
